Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will do our absolute best to assist you with a prompt exchange or return as outlined in the policies below.

  • Returns or exchanges on new unused products will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Sale Outlet and final clearance products in new unused condition are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Special orders, demo and used products are final sales and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • A product or wheel(set) is considered used when it has been mounted on a bicycle or fitted with tire/tube/sealant/cassette/rotors.

To request a return or exchange, please use the contact us form on this website to request a Return Authorization # stating the order number and reason for return.

An RA will be issued within 24-48 hours via email. Once an RA has been issued, please return the item with the original packing list noting the RA# on the outside of the package.

  • Please return merchandise in the original shipping containers and in new unused condition including all original accessories.
  • Used merchandise or merchandise missing original accessories or parts will not be accepted for return or may incur a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX with tracking.

If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 30 days) we will issue a prepaid return label and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. In all other circumstances, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds on returns, exchanges and reimbursements will be made in the form of credit to the credit card used on the original purchase. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total of the items ordered.

If you have misplaced your packing slip/invoice please contact us and we will gladly provide you with a copy via email.

FFWD Wheels USA is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once your return is received, you will be sent an email confirming that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 business days after your package arrives for returns to be processed and up to 7-10 business days for refunds to post to your account.


“Price Protection” offers you the best price on your wheel purchase for a period of 14 days. If the price of a product is further reduced by us you are eligible to a credit for the difference between the price you paid and the lower advertised price.


  • Valid only for purchases made through this website.
  • Valid for 14 days from initial purchase date.
  • Applicable to wheel and wheel set purchases only.
  • The price reduction must be on the exact product (including options and color).
  • Does not apply to advertising errors or misprints.
