RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund as outlined in the policies below.
- Returns/exchanges on new standard products will be accepted within 30 days from purchase date.
- All sale items and special orders are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please use the contact us form on this website to request a Return Authorization # stating the order number and reason for return.
An RA will be issued within 24-48 hours via email. Once an RA has been issued, please return the item with the original packing list noting the RA# on the outside of the package.
- Please return merchandise in the original shipping containers and in new unused condition including all original accessories.
- Used merchandise or merchandise missing original accessories or parts will not be accepted for return.
Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX.
If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 30 days) we will issue a prepaid return label and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. In all other circumstances, return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds on returns, exchanges and reimbursements will be made in the form of credit to the credit card used on the original purchase. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total of the items ordered.
If you have misplaced your packing slip/invoice please contact us and we will gladly provide you with a copy.

FFWD USA is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once your return is received, you will be sent an email confirming that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 business days after your package arrives for returns to be processed.
